Prices & Practical Info

For any reservation of guest rooms, a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay is required upon reservation, the balance is paid on site.

For any reservation of the lodgings, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required, the balance is to be paid 30 days before the date of the stay. Any reservation made within 30 days of the date must be paid in full.

The reservation is considered final after receipt of confirmation from us.

Visa, Mastercard, ANCV holiday vouchers, transfers, cash.

Any cancellation must be stipulated in writing (e-mail or letter).

If tenants or hosts do not show up on the rental start date, the reservation becomes void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The sums paid also remain with the owner.

If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

For guest rooms: possible refund of the deposit in the event of cancellation more than 15 days before the date of arrival, no refund within 15 days, no reasons for cancellation will be accepted. If you wish to take out cancellation insurance, we will recommend a specialized company.

For the gîtes:

• a) Cancellation more than 2 months before arrival at the scene: The deposit will be refunded.
• b) Cancellation less than 2 months: the deposit remains with the owner.
• c) Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival at the premises: the full price of the stay remains with the owner.
  If you wish to take out cancellation insurance, we will recommend a specialized company.
  

You can access the property and take possession of your accommodation between 5.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m., please specify your arrival time at least 24 hours before your arrival. On the day of departure, the keys will have to be returned before 10.00 am, guests will no longer be able to be received within the property.

They are served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on weekdays and between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on weekends and public holidays.

Only the Ecole Buissonnière room can accommodate a young child, with prior arrangement. Our insurance does not allow for more than 2 people in the other rooms. In case of presentation with a young child not foreseen in the reservation, we will unfortunately not be able to welcome you, this will give rise to no refund.

Pets are not accepted. In case of presentation with an animal, we will refuse the stay and no refund can be made.

Capacity of guest rooms
All our rooms are double, that is to say with a maximum capacity of 2 people. Only the ECOLE BUISSONNIERE room can accommodate a child or a baby sleeping in a cot. Young children cannot be accommodated in other rooms.

Capacity of the cottages
The cottages can each accommodate up to 3 people (baby and child included). We would like to remind you, however, that the stairs are not suitable for children under 5 years old and that there is no safety barrier in the Pigeonnier.

Each accommodation has a TV and wifi internet access, illegal downloads are prohibited and data traffic must be kept moderate in order to ensure satisfactory speed for all users.

All over the property: guests with children must supervise them. The owners accept no responsibility in the event of an accident occurring within the property, including in the secure swimming pool area. In all cases and to access the swimming pool, the owners of La Maison Rouge will have the parents or guardians of minor children sign a liability waiver.

Lodging insurance: tenants must insure the lodging through a standard ‘resort’ contract for the duration of their stay.

For guest rooms and cottages: in the event of damage, the hosts undertake to provide the owners with the contact details of their Civil Liability insurance.

The contractual rental price is that fixed when the booking is confirmed. The prices are net (excluding current tourist taxes) and include the rental of the accommodation and its equipment, charges (water, electricity, heating), bed linen (beds are made on arrival), bathroom linen and free access to the swimming pool. Bath towels for the pool are not included.

For the lodgings: they must be returned perfectly tidy and dishes done. All products and materials are available.

For the lodgings, a deposit of 300 € is required on arrival in cash, by check, or by credit card (debited and refunded at the end of the stay if no damage is noted) and will be returned to you upon your departure after deduction any damage caused.

It will be done in your presence on your arrival, and redone on your departure. If we find no problem, we will return the deposit to you. In the event of damage, we will inform you of the damage caused during your stay. We will withdraw the corresponding amount from the deposit if it is paid in cash, otherwise, we will ask you to pay us the amount of the latter, after payment, we will return the deposit to you. In the absence of payment for the damage caused, the deposit may be retained. If you notice any omissions concerning the equipment of the rooms or the cottages, you are requested to report them to us immediately so that we can take the necessary steps.

At the end of your stay, you are invited to check that you have left no personal belongings in the lodgings, the rooms or in the common areas. All personal items, excluding perishable goods, must be claimed within 3 days of your departure. Found objects are sent at your request and after receipt of the amount of postage relating to their dispatch.

Valuable items must not be left in rooms or in parked vehicles, the owners decline all responsibility in the event of the disappearance of these items.

In the event of loss or deterioration of the keys, a flat-rate participation of € 15 will be charged to you.

Vehicles Free parking is available on the property. We can only park one vehicle per accommodation. The car park is closed outside reception periods, you will have a code to enter and exit. A shed is available for bicycles and motorcycles.

Tourist documentation During your stay, we provide you with the tourist documentation you need for your excursions, as well as tourist maps and ideas for outings and hikes.

Complaints In order not to be held responsible for any shortcomings in the inventory of the lodgings, we ask you to report any shortcomings or deterioration within 48 hours after your arrival, and to report any problem you may encounter.

Miscellaneous In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, illness, accident, etc.) forcing us to be unable to meet our commitments, we will return all the amounts paid for your stay without your being able to claim any other compensation or prosecution.

We are sensitive to the protection of our planet and wish to contribute to the protection of the environment by minimizing the operational footprint of our reception structure. Simple and light measures can go a long way. We are therefore counting on your collaboration to:

• Do not throw anything into nature so that together we can enjoy its beauty and biodiversity for a long time to come.
• Avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily.
• Do not let the water run and moderate the flow when showering.
• Only throw toilet paper in the toilets, other waste having a bin provided for this purpose.
• Avoid using all of the towels provided if you do not really need them.
